From America’s two decades of war and domestic community violence comes multi disciplinary healing modalities for trauma, loss and isolation. The “after war” trauma affects an entire society beyond the soldiers and soldier’s families.  These soldiers are exposed to the hidden wounds of war such as Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Moral Injury (MI) and Major Depression (MD). CPTSD has been linked to generational trauma affecting descendants never engaged in War. In Ukraine no Veteran Health System exists to address the physical and hidden wounds of war. We are engaged in the formulation of Mental Health/Well-Being Ecosystem Think Tank/Advisory Group for actionable items that can be measured by National Institutes of Health – NIH HEALS, a psycho/social /spiritual measuring tool of well-being. In addition, a significant segment of the civilian population also suffers from the “hidden wounds of war” with the children being acutely and profoundly affected.
